Ethan serves as an analyst for the City Performance Team. He received his B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Computer Science from Goucher College. During his time at Goucher he was active in the Political Science department, working as a research fellow in the Sarah T. Hughes Center for Politics and assisting with the development and results analysis of The Goucher Poll, a distinguished state-wide public opinion poll. Additionally, he interned with the City of Baltimore Comptroller’s office where he led a solo project to determine if a city tax lien sale program was effective in its goal of selling city-possessed properties to developers in order to alleviate urban blight and attract homeowners to Baltimore.
He comes to The City of Baltimore with a passion for government and using data as a tool to improve it. He hopes that he can use his skills in order to better Baltimore for all those who live in it. Ethan enjoys amateur astronomy, practicing his bass guitar, and gaming.
