Rashaad serves as the agency inspector in the Mayor’s Office of Performance and Innovation. The role of inspector consists of in-person fact-checking and reporting on various agencies' capabilities and progress in assisting and dealing with City service requests. Rashaad has been working for City Government going on 7 years. During this time, he has worked under the Mayor’s Office in Administration and the Chief of Staff's Office, and served a short stint in DPW, gaining a wealth of internal knowledge and processes along the way.

Even though he was born in Roanoke, Virginia, Rashaad considers himself a lifelong Baltimore resident having attended Baltimore city and county schools, and Towson University.

Rashaad enjoys working for the City for the fact that it gives him an opportunity to serve the community and see real time progress and effects.
