Vera serves as an analyst on the CitiStat team where she works on PoliceStat. She received a bachelor's degree in Political Theory from the College of William & Mary. Before coming to the city of Baltimore, she worked at AidData Research Lab, where she helped administer and analyze surveys of international leaders and development partners.

In her free time, Vera enjoys vintage shopping, science-fiction movies, and sewing clothes.
